Who We Are
Canadian Public Finance (CPF) is the newest addition to the group of financial service providers under the umbrella of Proven Financial Group Inc. (PFG).
Proven Financial Group Inc., operating as Canadian Equipment Finance in Western Canada, has roots dating back to 1989 (then named Canada West Finance Inc. (CWF).
Public and private organizations have worked with PFG and its subsidiaries for over 35 years when the need for innovative, creative, and customized financial resources is needed.
Dustin Bosch
Dustin grew up in an owner-operated business environment, initially working as a laborer and heavy equipment operator. He transitioned into a finance professional after earning a commerce degree from the University of Alberta, School of Business, in 2006. Following his academic achievements, he pursued a career in business finance with a large multinational company, where he progressively assumed greater responsibilities, ultimately managing a team of finance professionals in Northern Alberta.

Matthew Brinton
With 25 years of national account management & vendor finance experience, Matthew leads the municipal finance division with CPF in Western Canada. His trademarked “Sudden Service!” commitment to his clients ensure that you have an outstanding partner in your corner! He is an outdoor enthusiast enjoying hang gliding, boating, motorcycling and skiing. His passionate approach to building long term business relationships and detailed attention provides a customer first approach in everything he does.

Warren Cross
Warren grew up on the family farm in Kipling, Saskatchewan and completed a business degree at the University of Regina in 1993. Warren spent 12 years in senior commercial lending and branch management roles with RBC Royal Bank in Saskatchewan and Manitoba. In 2007, Warren moved to Alberta and focused his career within the equipment financing space through roles with GE Capital, ACCL Financial and PROVEN Financial Group. Warren has more than 25 years of commercial lending experience and is excited to be part of CPF to offer customized Public Sector solutions and help solve the most pressing challenges faced by Public Sector organizations.
